Technical Demonstrator - Journalism and Communications


Based at Park Campus, Cheltenham


1.0 FTE 37 hours


The University of Gloucestershire’s School of Creative Industries is looking for a technical demonstrator with the specialist broadcast, production and digital media skills to support this subject area. The successful applicant will have excellent teamworking and people skills and a strong enthusiasm for supporting students and experience in providing this type of support in an educational environment.


They will work closely with technicians in the Film and Television, and Music and Sound subject areas and academics across the school. They will be joining a fast paced environment of studio based education.


This is a University of Gloucestershire Professional Services (UoGPSL) position. UoGPSL is a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Gloucestershire.  Further information about UoGPSL can be found by following this link


Successful applicants with current, continuous membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) or the Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) will be eligible to continue membership of the scheme and will be employed by the University of Gloucestershire.
