Description
The University of Gloucestershire is entering an incredibly exciting period. Not only are we opening our doors to our new multimillion pound campus in Gloucester we are also making significant changes through investment to our Park Campus and opening our state-of-the-art Cyber facilities.
But great facilities are only part of the picture. Our real focus is on people – our students, staff, and partners. We are a university that is large enough to offer something for everyone, yet small enough to make agile decisions and move at pace and we now have a great opportunity for a Marketing specialist to join us and help shape our future.
About the Opportunity
Reporting directly to Pro Vice Chancellor and CMO, this is a senior leadership role at the heart of our strategic ambitions. As Head of Marketing, Digital and Brand, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying our brand, growing our reach, and diversifying our student and staff community.
You will drive our brand narrative, collaborate with academic colleagues to ensure market-ready course provision, analyse market data, and ensure an excellent applicant experience. You will also be a strong leader who inspires innovation, fosters collaboration, and champions inclusivity.
We’re seeking a visionary marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You’ll be a confident communicator, a data-driven decision-maker, and a collaborative partner across the university.
Experience in higher education is welcome but not essential – what matters most is your ability to lead with purpose, innovate with impact, and bring our story to life.
