We are happy to discuss agile working but there is a requirement to be on campuses ( across Cheltenahm and Gloucester) 3 days a week

Are you able to coach and influence leaders as well as team colleagues
Are you data driven and able to provide meaningful insights from data to support decision making
If so, The University of Gloucestershire has an exciting opportunity for a People Partner to join our People Function and work across our campuses in Cheltenham and Gloucester.
Reporting to the People Director, you will provide a key interface between the People Team and the designated business and school unit to drive and deliver the University People Plan at a local level. You will be working in partnership with managers and employee to provide professional, customer focused, commercially-informed advice, and solutions that support and build organisational and people capabilities.
You will be able to immerse yourself into senior leadership teams, build strong relationships and influence, challenge and support the delivery of people activities as well as contribute to the People Functions core priorities and objectives
Working with all colleagues across our People Team,you will lead and support on activity connected to employee and union relations, Talent Development, Engagement, Wellbeing and EDI. You will be responsible for ensuring that as a team we are delivering a high level of customer service to our employees which has a positive impact on the student experience.
