0.5FTE - 1.0 FTE, 18.5 – 37 hours per week. We take a flexible approach to hybrid working, as a guide you would be expected to be on site at least 60% of the working week.
This is fixed term contract until 31st December 25.
About the department
Academic Registry provides a flexible student focused administration service supporting core academic activities of the student lifecycle and the operation of the Academic Schools. The Academic Registry works in partnership with academic and administrative colleagues throughout the University to provide a professional, high quality, and customer-focused service in support of the University’s academic mission and strategic priorities. The Department is the central focus for academic administration in the University, which includes responsibility for the management, co- ordination, and delivery of a range of services and activities within the student life cycle, and the associated data management.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to take on the role of School Operations Manager as a secondment opportunity. This internal post is ideal for those looking to develop their leadership and operational management skills within the School of Creative Arts.
Reporting to the Head of Academic Registry, you will work closely with the Head of Schooland key stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and high-quality operational support. You will lead the School Administration team, supporting a wide variety of tasks including, timetabling and support student recruitment and induction.
