0.6 FTE 22.2 hours per week over three days, to be agreed upon appointment. Two days working from the office, one day working from home, if required. Some flexibility on days of work and office days is required occasionally. Some weekend working for university events.
The role is currently based at Pittville Student Village in Cheltenham, however, working from all campuses is required when needed.

The role of Accommodation and Student Support Administrator is critical in ensuring all elements of the team run smoothly, our students feel supported, connected, and engaged throughout their university journey; as well as our approved landlords feeling part of the community.
About the role
We are looking for a proactive Accommodation and Student Support Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about ensuring a meaningful impact on the student experience at the University of Gloucestershire.
The role provides support to all areas within the Accommodation Team including, Housing Support, Halls Allocations, and Residential Support, as well as administration duties for the wider teams within Libraries and Student Support.
Duties will include first line enquiry handling via the main phones and email inboxes for the Accommodation Team, supporting online systems across teams, assisting with events throughout the year and other duties as required. The role also involves working with all students, offering frontline advice when needed and ensuring a positive student experience.
You will be an integral part of an enthusiastic, dynamic team committed to maintaining high standards across the Student Experience Directorate.
The successful candidate will be a flexible, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual,willing to go the extra mile when needed. With existing experience of working with young people, candidates should also possess excellent organisational, IT, communication, and interpersonal skills with the confidence and initiative to deal with a variety of situations.
