0.6 FTE and this role will be required to work from the office at least 2 days per week, one of which must be a Wednesday.
About the school or department
The External Relationships team is an integral part of our Marketing and Stakeholder Engagement team led by our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The ER team has responsibility for a wide portfolio of activities including Apprenticeships, Executive Training, Business Support, External Communications and Global Partnerships; all with a focus on attracting new learners to the institution and driving growth. The purpose of this role is to provide professional administration support to our outward facing business engagement activities, supporting our corporate events, new business engagement and ongoing client management activities.
About the role
As Business Engagement Administrator, you will work alongside one other part time colleague to provide stable and proactive administration support across a diverse range of tasks. These will include:
Coordination of comprehensive administrative support for events and short courses, including travel arrangements and large-scale meeting management
Management of our client-facing spaces, maintaining a professional environment at all times
Supporting the planning and execution of stakeholder meetings, including minute-taking and action tracking
Processing and distribution of incoming business leads to relevant team members
Supporting CRM activities and maintain accurate data records
You will also be required to work on broader departmental initiatives including support at Open Days and recruitment events.
