Description

  • Do you have experience of working with senior leaders across an organisation to drive forward and implement strategic People Plans?
  • Are you able to coach and influence leaders as well as team colleagues
  • Are you data driven and able to provide meaningful insights from data to support decision making

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

 

Reporting to the People Director, this role will partner with schools and departments to drive and implement localised People Plans that align with our People Strategy and the University’s goals. You will be able to immerse yourself into senior leadership teams, build strong relationships and influence, challenge and support the delivery of people activities as well as contribute to the People Functions core priorities and objectives.

Working with all colleagues across our great  collaborative team, you will lead and support on activity connected to Talent Development, Engagement, Wellbeing, EDI and Industrial/employee relations. You will be responsible for ensuring that as a team we are delivering a high level of customer service to our employees which has a positive impact on the student experience.
