We do offer hybrid working but there will be a requirement to be on campus 3 days a week.
We have an exciting opportunity a People Administrator to join the People Function here at the University of Gloucestershire. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in HR.
As a People Administrator you will be responsible managing and providing a high-quality, inclusive, professional service across the University. This is a varied role where you be supporting the team with HR related queries such as monthly contract changes, case work administration, absence management and payroll.
Furthermore, you will work with the rest of the People Team and will be involved in project work which will connected to Talent Development, Engagement, Wellbeing, EDI and Industrial Relations and delivering our People Strategy goals.
This role requires you to be able to manage multiple different deadlines as well as adapting to business need and demand. Furthermore, you will be able to work as part of a group as well as independently and on your own initiative.
