About the department

Our Libraries and Student Support department plays a pivotal role in enhancing the student experience, offering comprehensive support services that address personal and social needs.
The International Student Services team are responsible for providing specialist advice and support for all aspects of the international student journey, including application enquires, visa and immigration advice, enrolment and induction support, and ongoing international student advice. The team are also responsible for maintaining the university’s Student visa sponsor licence, including all aspects of CAS issuance, document verification, attendance and engagement monitoring and all UKVI reporting responsibilities.
About the role
This post is responsible for providing students with guidance around arrivals and induction, international student events and advice on life in the UK. The post will assist in developing and maintaining guidance and resources specifically pertaining to international student advice and support. The post provides detailed advice to staff and students on the procedures relating to Student Route immigration rules and how they interact with University regulations.
