School Operations Manager

This is an internal 12 month fixed term secondment opportunity
With the student experience at its core, Academic Registry provides a flexible student focused administration service supporting core academic activities of the student lifecycle and the operation of the Academic Schools.
As a member of the University’s Academic Registry, School Operations Managers primary function is to provide high quality support, advice and strategic guidance to the Head of School and other key role holders, in the delivery of School plans. They will work closely with managers and leaders in other University professional services to ensure all formal and informal communication channels are operating effectively and the Schools’ plans are understood and embedded.
The role manages the school administration team, ensuring the effective day to day operations of academic school business. A collaborative approach to management, along with a broad understanding of academic administration are essential for this role. The post holder will need to be comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
