People Function
Pittville Campus, Cheltenham
37 hours per week, 1.0FTE
We have an exciting opportunity for 2 HR professionals to join our People Function as People Partners, working with senior managers across our University Campuses in Cheltenham and Gloucester.
Reporting to the People Director, these roles will engage with schools and departments to drive and implement localised People Plans that align with our People Strategy and the University’s goals. You will be able to immerse yourself into senior leadership teams, build strong relationships and influence, challenge and support the delivery of people activities as well as contribute to the People Functions core priorities and objectives.
Working with the rest of the People Team, you will take lead roles connected to Talent Development, Engagement, Wellbeing, EDI and Industrial Relations. You will also be responsible for managing a People Advisor and a People Administrator, ensuring that as a team we are delivering a high level of customer service to our employees which has a positive impact on the student experience.
