Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Physical Education

 

Lecturer, Grade 7 £37,099 - £41,732 per annum

 

 

Senior Lecturer, Grade 8 £42,159 - £53,359 per annum

 

 

37 hours per week, 1.0 FTE

 

The School of Education and Sciences at the University of Gloucestershire is a thriving and exciting environment to work in. We are a student-centred institution, and these three words guide our decisions, targets and ambitions for the School. The post-holder will be based at the modern Oxstalls campus.

 

 The post holder will be contributing to teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, they will be engaging and innovative lecturers who share our student-centred approach, ready to offer a high standard of support and keen to make a positive contribution to the student experience.  We are looking for someone to contribute and lead modules in Physical Education, Coaching and Sport more broadly.

 

 

Applicants should offer a research portfolio commensurate with career stage and trajectory.  They should also be able to outline a clear personal plan to develop a programme of research.    

 

  

Based at our modern Oxstalls campus in Gloucester and Oxstalls Sports Park, we offer a welcoming and positive working environment.
