1.0FTE, 37 hours per week
Pittville Student Village,
Cheltenham
We are seeking an
experienced, motivated individual to join our International Student Recruitment
team in our Communications, Marketing and Student Recruitment department. You
will be goal-orientated and a team player, working to agreed student
recruitment targets for South and South East Asia. The role is varied, and you
will work with prospective students and overseas representatives throughout the
student journey from application through to pre-arrival. You will be a
confident communicator and able to converse with key internal stakeholders, and
external bodies.
This post will involve
travel overseas (approximately 6-10 weeks per year) to represent the University
of Gloucestershire at international student recruitment events, as well as
visiting partner institutions, potential collaborators, and overseas
representatives as appropriate.
The post is based in the
UK, Pittville Campus.
About You
You will have experience
of student recruitment in the higher education sector.
You should demonstrate
experience of working with customers from different cultural backgrounds,
working to targets, managing budgets and be a confident skilled communicator at
all levels.
