Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Sports Sciences ( Sports therapy and Strength, Conditioning and Rehabilitation)
Based at Oxstalls Campus, Gloucester
1.0 FTE 37 hours
The School of Natural, Social & Sports Sciences at the University of Gloucestershire is seeking a permanent 1.0 FTE Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in the allied disciplines of Sports Therapy and Strength, Conditioning & Rehabilitation.
Contributing to teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, the post-holder will be an engaging and innovative lecturer who shares our student-centred approach, is ready to offer a high standard of support and is keen to make a positive contribution to the student experience including graduate outcomes. They will also have a research profile consistent with career stage and a clear personal strategy to develop as a researcher.
Successful candidates would join an established teaching and research team within our Sports Sciences group, with opportunity to explore course leadership roles in this area.
We welcome applications from those with Sports Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy undergraduate qualifications, with postgraduate qualification in S&C, and vice-versa.
