Part Time Hourly Paid Lecturer in Professional Policing

 

This post is based in the School of Natural and Social Sciences which is made up of three Subject Communities: Social Sciences, Psychological Sciences, and Environmental Sciences. 

 

The appointee will contribute to teaching Professional Policing students.  Their main responsibility will be delivery of NS5551, Continuous Professional Development and NS6554 Extremism, Counter Terrorism and Policing.  This will include leading and supporting day-long and residential fieldtrips.  They will also be expected to support other formal teaching and co-curricular activities, plus student recruitment and outreach.

 

The appointee will be an engaging and innovative lecturer in class and online, who shares our student-centred approach.
