Description
The

Partnership Services you will play a key role in leading this strategy by
identifying, securing and nurturing the University of Gloucestershire’s
academic partnerships in the UK and overseas in order to expand our network of
partners through offering a first-choice partnership experience. You will
bring experience of successfully identifying, developing, securing, managing
and advancing multiple collaborative partnerships whilst also displaying high
levels of cultural awareness with a diplomatic approach. An ability to build
effective relationships and to engender trust with a variety of stakeholders
will also be crucial.
In this
post you will lead the Academic Partnership Services team, and it will be vital
that you have proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire creativity
whilst also striving for continuous service improvement and development in
order to ensure that the University can stand out in a crowded market within
the UK and internationally. The encouragement of professional
development by members of Academic Partnership Services will be key to this
role and you will inspire excellence in administration, building on accepted
national standards. You will contribute to the strategic development and key
planning processes of the wider Directorate, develop and implement policies, and
represent the University regionally, nationally and internationally.
