We are looking to recruit a Senior Project Officer to support the delivery of the University’s STEM programme. With proven experience in supporting complex change projects and co-ordinating activity across workstreams, the ideal candidate will have worked previously on collaborative projects within the HE sector.

 

The Senior Projects Officer will join the University Planning Department, which is responsible for strategic planning, annual operating and business plans, statutory reporting, management information, academic planning and oversight of corporate projects and process improvement. The post-holder will work alongside project officers and process improvement managers.  


The postholder will coordinate the activity across the schools in delivery of the STEM strategy and provide project officer and administrative support as necessary. They will work alongside other project and process improvement managers and will work closely with the Head of Planning to ensure that the intended and planned outcomes of the growth projects are delivered, and a consistent approach to project delivery is maintained.


The postholder must have effective administrative, communication and stakeholder management skills, and be committed to transformational change.
