Lecturer/Senior Lecturer In Business
Management / HR
Due to growth within the School of Business
and Technology, we have a variety of opportunities to support our Business
related programmes.
We are looking for exceptional candidates
to join a well-established dynamic subject team. Our new Business School includes a
substantial state-of the-art new facilities for both staff and students,
including a collaborative lecture room and social learning space and breakout
areas. Business partnerships are at the
heart of what we do and this will be enhanced by our co-location with the
regional LEP, Growth Hub and University in Business in our new facilities.
To become part of our team you will be someone who can
contribute to exceptional teaching/business related experience and work successfully with a range of students across
our course portfolio. We are looking
for contributions to the teaching and assessment of areas such as:

Operations Management
·
Learning and Development/ Human Resource Management
·
Strategy
·
Entrepreneurship
·
E-Business
·
Sport Business Management
This is an opportunity for an experienced
and dynamic academic or an experienced professional to deliver modules
primarily at Undergraduate and Postgraduate level within the Business,
Entrepreneurship and Financial Management subject area.
Candidates we are particularly interested
in would be able to contribute to the teaching in both semester run modules and
block teaching. Experience with Higher Apprenticeships would be an advantage
and also those who have experienced on-line learning.

Desirable criteria:

PGCAP
or equivalent
·
Hold
a professional qualification (CIM/CIPD or similar)
·
Experience
of developing / delivering teaching and learning sessions within an HE
environment
