Description

Fixed Term (Secondment cover to end July 2020) 0.4 Part Time position (14.8 hours per week), preferably working Monday and Tuesday.

This presents an excellent opportunity to work in an organisation committed to delivering a customer focused service and to join our HR Customer Services & Operations team. The team has been created to deliver service excellence and the HR Administrators are central to this.

You will provide a professional HR administrative and support service and play a critical part in improving the efficiency and quality of our HR transactional processes and implementing and utilising HR systems and supporting our recruitment helpline and mailbox.

You will have relevant experience in a similar customer focused role, and a strong track record of service excellence and administrative process improvement.
