Description

We’re looking for a CRM expert to help grow our relationship with our customers. You’ll be responsible for managing the CRM system and email/ecomms campaigns, working with colleagues in marketing to compose and deliver a market-leading ecommunications strategy. Our ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and a talent for writing engaging and persuasive content in our brand tone of voice. Proofreading and grammar skills are also key to the role.
You will have experience of managing email campaigns for a large organisation and be able to work at both a strategic and operational level. You will have experience of reporting on the effectiveness of digital engagement strategies and providing recommendations for improvement and optimisation. You should be comfortable working with large datasets and be able to understand/report on data effectively.
