An
opportunity is available to join our Photography subject area within the School
of Arts. We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join a well-established
dynamic team. Our School includes an
exciting mix of arts, design and performing arts subjects including
photography. The photography subject area has state-of-the-art facilities for both
staff and students located at Hardwick Campus, which includes its own spacious
Photography studios, darkrooms, digital suites, industry-range cameras and
lighting equipment. Our portfolio of work in the subject area ranges from
undergraduate programmes to PhD research, and we have global partnerships.
To
become part of our team you will be someone who can contribute to exceptional
teaching and work successfully with a range of students across our expanding
course portfolio. If you have the drive and enthusiasm for your subject we can
give you the opportunities to be involved in teaching, doctoral supervision,
research, and income generating activities.
As
an Academic Course Leader you will contribute to the academic management of the
course and subject community in a variety of ways. Such candidates will be expected to take on
an academic management role within the subject group including: course
leadership; contributing to academic development; REF submission; generating
research income; or generating business development income.
