Pilates Class Instructor

Gloucestershire University Nursing Programme is looking for a dynamic Pilates Instructor to lead our popular weekly Pilates class at our Oxstalls campus, in Gloucester.

A certified Pilates Instructor, you’ll be friendly and approachable and offer an engaging class that will keep our Students coming back time and time again. Dedicate yourself to teaching the mindful aspect of the Method.

Our gym has a very special social environment and our busy classes programme is key to our student development. We’re looking for an experienced group exercise teacher who can offer a varied programme to our class members.

We run classes on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays 09.15-10.15

 

Experience and Qualifications

·         Significant experience in teaching fitness classes Essential

·         Certified Pilates Instructor Essential

·         Level 3 Pilates qualification Desirable

 

Personal specification

·         Dynamic and motivational teacher Essential

·         Flexible approach Essential

·         Excellent time keeping Essential

·         Available for two classes on a Monday Essential

·         Upbeat, approachable, confident, enthusiastic and friendly.

·         Able to communicate in writing, on the phone and in person to a professional standard but also know the difference tones required for different types of people.

 

 

Before starting work as a Pilate’s teacher you’ll need appropriate insurance cover.

You’ll need Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance.
