Client Development Administrator (part time)
Grade 5 £24,028 - £26,243 per annum pro rata
18.5 hours per week – precise hours subject to negotiation and
business needs
The Business Engagement team
proactively sells the services and expertise of the University of
Gloucestershire to business, including Higher and Degree Apprenticeships to
employers both locally and nationally. Our services to business have grown and
we work to develop relationships with organisations and support the skills
development needs of employers. In 2018 we won the Times Higher Leadership and
Management Award for ‘Outstanding Employer Engagement Strategy’. This is an
exciting aspect of the University to be part of, and we are now looking for a
part -time Client Development Administrator to join our busy team.
Based at the Growth Hub on our Oxstalls
campus, in the new School of Business and Technology building, the successful
applicant will support the Client Development Managers and the Director of
Business Engagement in the daily operation of the Business Engagement team.
In this role you will be responsible
for the Business Engagement CRM system, as well as incoming leads and enquiries.
You will also co-ordinate client meetings and business engagement communication,
including email correspondence and client proposals.
Experienced in commercial administration, you
will have excellent communication skills, an understanding of CRM systems in a
client facing environment, and a commitment to high quality customer service.
