18.5 hours per week – precise hours subject to negotiation and business needs
The Business Engagement team proactively sells the services and expertise of the University of Gloucestershire to business, including Higher and Degree Apprenticeships to employers both locally and nationally. Our Apprenticeship provision has grown over the last few years, and this year we will be expanding the number of programmes we offer. This is an exciting development to be part of, and we are now looking for a part -time Apprenticeship Compliance Officer to join our busy team.
Based at the Growth Hub on our Oxstalls campus, in the new School of Business and Technology building, the successful applicant will support the Apprenticeship Manager in ensuring that all apprenticeship activity within the University delivered to the highest standards and in accordance with the University’s procedures and the statutory requirements for Apprenticeships, helping us to provide an excellent service to our apprentices and their learners.
In this role you will Undertake regular monitoring of apprenticeship records to ensure all courses can readily demonstrate their compliance. You will also report on levels of compliance to the Apprenticeship Manager and work with academic teams to optimise reporting practices and levels of compliance.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a highly regulated environment, able to review and monitor data effectively. You will have the ability to challenge colleagues and constructively, in the drive for excellent customer service.
