Apprenticeship Administrator (part time)

Grade 4 £19,730 - £23,334 per annum pro rata

24 hours per week – precise hours subject to negotiation and business

The Business Engagement team proactively sells the services and expertise of the University of Gloucestershire to business, including Higher and Degree Apprenticeships to employers both locally and nationally. Our Apprenticeship provision has grown over the last few years, and this year we will be expanding the number of programmes we offer. This is an exciting development to be part of, and we are now looking for a part -time Apprenticeship Administrator to join our busy team.

Based at the Growth Hub on our Oxstalls campus, in the new School of Business and Technology building, the successful applicant will support the Apprenticeship Manager in ensuring that all apprenticeship activity within the University is administered in accordance with the University’s procedures and the statutory requirements for Apprenticeships, helping us to provide an excellent service to our apprentices and their employers.


In this role you will provide administrative support for the apprenticeship development and aspects of apprenticeship delivery and management, liaising with colleagues within the University, our apprentices, and their employers to ensure all data is current, and acting as a dedicated point of contact.


An experienced administrator, used to working in a client facing environment, you will be an organised individual, with an eye for detail.

Base Location: Oxstalls Campus, Gloucester
